These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through luxuryperfumesamples.com, operated by Luxusparfumproben Onlinehandel, Kürnbergergasse 4, 1150 Vienna, Austria.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms in their entirety. We sell exclusively to end consumers (B2C) within the European Union and the United Kingdom.

We offer genuine perfume decants and fragrance samples. All products are filled from original, authentic bottles. Our samples are not original manufacturer packaging — they are professionally decanted into clean atomisers or vials.

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including fragrance notes, longevity, and projection. Fragrance perception is subjective and may vary between individuals. We cannot guarantee that a scent will perform identically on every person or in every environment.

All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

We accept payment by credit card and debit card. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Your order will be confirmed only after successful payment.

We ship to all countries within the European Union as well as the United Kingdom.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time across Europe is 24–48 hours after dispatch, depending on the destination country and carrier.

Free shipping is available on orders over €40. Orders below this threshold are subject to a shipping fee shown at checkout.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to perfume decants and samples that have been opened or used, as these are products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken. This is in accordance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Sealed, unopened items may be returned within 14 days. Please contact us at info@luxuryperfumesamples.com before returning any item.

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@luxuryperfumesamples.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Statutory warranty rights under Austrian and EU law apply in full.

We are not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities to fragrance products. If you have known sensitivities, please review the ingredient list of the original fragrance before purchasing. Fragrance samples are for external use only — keep away from children and eyes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Austrian law. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply.
