Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights
Withdrawal Period
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
Important Exception — Opened Samples
Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to perfume decants and fragrance samples that have been opened or used. Once the seal of a sample or atomiser has been broken, the product cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
This exception applies in accordance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which excludes sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been removed after delivery.

Sealed & unopened items
Sealed, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning any item so we can guide you through the process.

Returning goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by you. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Refund
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
